नमस्कार। आज मैं आपके साथ शेयर करना चाहती हूँ की क्रिस्पी आलू पूरी कैसे बनाई जाती है। यह रेसिपी 4 लोगों को सर्व करने के लिए पर्याप्त होगी। क्रिस्पी आलू पूरी बनाने के लिए आपको चाहिए -  आटा -3 कप सूजी- 1 कप  बेसन - 1/2 कप आलू - 4 (उबले हुए) धनिया हरी मिर्च - 1 नमक - स्वादानुसार लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/4 चम्मच हल्दी - 1/4 चम्मच गरम मसाला पाउडर - स्वादानुसार  तेल - 2 बड़े चम्मच विधि: उबले हुए आलू में नमक , लाल मिर्च पाउडर , धनिया , आटा, सूजी, बेसन , हरी मिर्च , हल्दी , तेल और गरम मसाला मिलाकर अच्छी तरह पूरी का आटा गूंद लें। अब इसे 10 मिनट के लिए ढक कर रख दें। अब एक पैन में तेल गरम करें और पूरी को तल लें। आपकी क्रिस्पी आलू पूरी तैयार है। धन्यवाद्! नमस्कार दोस्तों । बारिश के मौसम में पनीर के पकोड़े का अलग ही मज़ा है । इसे बनाना बहुत ही आसान है । पनीर के पकोड़े बनाने के लिए आपको चाहिए: बेसन - 2 कप पनीर - 200 ग्राम (1 इंच के पीस) पानी - 1 कप लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 छोटा चम्मच नमक - स्वादानुसार बेकिंग सोडा - 1/4 छोटा चम्मच विधि : सबसे पहले बेसन में बेकिंग सोडा मिलाएं । बेकिंग सोडा हमारे पकोड़ों को क्रिस्पी बनाने में मदद करेगा ।उसके बाद बेसन में नमक और मिर्च डालकर मिलाएं । फिर उसमें पानी डालकर एक पेस्ट बना लें ( अधिक जानकारी के लिए हमारा वीडियो देखें) । पनीर के पकोड़े अनेक प्रकार से बनाये जाते हैं। आप चाहे तोह अब सीधा इसे बेसन में डुबा के फ्राई कर सकते हैं या फिर आप इसमें फिलिंग भी भर सकते हैं।  स्टफ्ड पनीर के पकोड़े या पनीर के पकोड़े की फिलिंग के लिए आप किसी भी चीज़ का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं जैसे चाट मसाला, हरी चटनी, चिल्ली सॉस,आदि । पनीर में फिलिंग भरने के लिए हमें पनीर को बीच में से ज़रा सा काट लेना है और उसमें फिलिंग भरनी होगी (अधिक जानकारी के लिए हमारा वीडियो भी देखें) । फिर एक पैन में तेल गरम करें ।टेल के गरम ह
